Les Jardins De La Villa

We stayed here for 3 nights over the New years 24/25. Its a little further out of the main area but within walking distance of 15 mins to the Arc de Triomphe. The Hotel is right near Porte Malliot tube station which is line 1 . So very very easy to get everywhere on this metro line. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were fantastic Paris rooms are a little smaller than the average but this was just right for me and my teenage daughter. The room have very large L'Occitane bottled products so no need to bring shampoo, body wash etc ... Rooms were cleaned daily Everything yo need is nearby The metro The train and the Tram 25 mins from the airport 15 min walk to Arc de Triomphe a 35 min walk to Effiel Tower The staff were very nice and friendly and i would definitely stay here again

Location is great! Close to Metro 1 (yellow) Pont Neuilly - Direct to Eiffle Tower. Close to street market at Rue Poncelet Can walk to Arc de Triomphe Direct bus to Galleries layfatte Haussmann Great staff - Milos, Mario all great! Sitting area for breakfast buffet is nice Spa and steam room is wonderful Room size quite good Can open 2 x large luggages in the room Bed is comfy with many pillows Toilet is small but functional. Water pressure is great and hot water is great Nice shampoo, liquid soap Curtains good blackout Noise insulation is good Balcony is nice Small provision stop next door Great restaurant next door at Le Panna Cotta

The room was clean, comfortable, a good size and had great amenities. The bathroom was large, clean and the bath/shower was lovely. We visited in January and the room was very warm and cosy which was lovely to arrive back to. There was also a thermostat so you can adjust to whatever temperature you'd prefer. Reception staff were friendly, amicable, professional and very helpful. We were visiting Paris for an event at le Palais des Congrès so this was an excellent location to stay at as it was only a 5 minute walk to the venue. Lots of restaurants, cafés, patisseries etc. around too and within walking distance from l'arc de triomphe. There were two vegan restaurants within walking distance too. It was also easy enough to get to other sightseeing locations in the city by train. Although it's close to a busy street, the room was quiet apart from the occasional siren which were quiet enough that they didn't bother us. Our room was next to the lift so we were worried we'd hear people in the corridor but we didn't hear anybody at all.

Very nice team on the reception and in the restaurant! ELEVATOR! (important when you are with the huge luggage!) Super cool breakfast (cheeses, pastry, cereal, yughurts, fruits, eggs, everything you need, very high quality products!)! L'Occitane cosmetics in the bathroom, pretty big bathroom, nice towels and bathrobes. Queen size of the bed, good blankets and pillows. I liked my stay very much!
